I usually have three methods of operation when I'm creating cards:
1) I sit down at the Kitchen Table Studio and make bunches of cards to keep on file for later,
2) I make several of the same style of card but in different colors,
or
3) I make a card, with a specific person in mind.
Nine times out of ten, it's number 3. It makes things a bit tricky when I'm down to the wire for a specific occasion, but I love thinking about the recipient when I'm making their card. I think it makes it a bit more personal.
I made these cards recently for two great ladies I know.
This first one is for a friend who's girly but also very outdoorsy.
This other one is for a fiery redhead who is always dressed in fabulous, colorful clothes.
So what's your M.O. when you make cards or projects? Inquiring minds want to know!
Thanks for joining me at the table today!

ReplyDeleteWhen I am digi scrapping I usually take more time deciding what kit and template I am going to use than I do actually scrapping. Its kind of pathetic, but I always love it when I am done. My most recent page: http://scrapmatters.com/gallery3/showphoto.php/photo/184266
